The agency financial of Hunan postal company plays an important role in the Postal Savings Bank of China. In recent years, under the self-and-agent dual management, the financial business of Hunan postal savings bank proprietary and postal company agency have obtained considerable development. But with the deepening of market marketing pattern and the changing of customer needs, The problem about the development speed of the financial business between postal agency and postal savings bank is out of sync, and it does not match the financial services of customers demands is becoming an incresing prominent issue. Therefore, Researching and constructing a full-featured marketing management system based on CRM is essential for the postal agency financial business, which is sensitive to the market information and has the massive needs of customer informations.In the dissertation, it adopts multilayer network application architecture of J2EE, using object-oriented analysis, and bulid data mining model using data mining algorithms, which improves data analysis applications. According to the above research, the requirements analysis about the CRM-based Hunan Postal agent financial marketing management system is carried out, and the function of the software system is arranged. Then the software is designed, which is written and implemented by JAVA language based on the browser/server structure. On the basis of the overall system design, the software testing is executed. Consequently, a Hunan postal agency financial customer marketing management system is developed, which can achieve customer management, client manager management, marketing management, marketing alert management, statistics, CRM customer analysis and soThe system design of the system is according to the characteristics of postal agency financial business and the development process of software system. For management department, business department, the grassroots marketing department, it designed different functional modules and user interface, so it is not only provide the various level practitioners with better facilitate in the actual use, but also achieves the postal agency financial customer behavior analysis, customer segmentation, customer development maintenance, data analysis of customer manager performance and marketing-based management, process optimization, and good governance, so it enhances the customer marketing management capabilities of the Hunan Postal agency financial business.
