As social and economic development and the gradual increase in the number ofbanks, the banks in order to keep regular customers and revenue, it must have its owncharacteristics of the project and a good reputation and credibility. Currently, mostbanks have the customer marketing services as a priority task, many new financialproducts has introduced, and comes with a number of deals to attract customers tounderstand and apply. In the current information technology evolving society, how toattract more customers and to the maximum extent possible to meet different customerneeds, how to retain old customers at the same time to develop more new customers anddo their best to provide thoughtful services, how to improve customer service levels andreduce the loss of customers, how to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of thebanks themselves, these are the major banks authorities urgently to address theimportant issues.Research projects for the Agricultural Bank of China branch in WenzhouWenCheng County customer marketing management carried out by the status quo. Theauthor of the line customer management work carried out field research to learn moreabout the bank account management process actual existence of some specificcircumstances, propose solutions to the target system. Target system is based on theVisual Studio development environment, combined with ASP.NET and ADO.NETdevelopment technology, using SQL Server database for the actual development work.First, with bank managers to conduct a detailed study needs to determine the targetsystem ’s functional requirements and non-functional requirements, and a detailed dataflow analysis; Then, after completing the overall system architecture design, framedesign and function module structure design, based on the overall design of the databaseto achieve; then the overall result of the design according to the system, gives thecustomer information management module, and customer marketing managementmodule detailed implementation process. Finally, a variety of testing methods, differentaspects of the system were tested, including functional testing and performance testingto verify the correctness of the system to ensure the system meets the user’s actualneeds.Through the application of the target system, it is possible within the bank to establish a unified data platform, bank leaders and managers can use this platform toquery the customer a variety of information, providing customers with fast, efficientservice to meet customers’ diversified and personalized demand for services, stablecustomer resources team. Only give customers a satisfactory service to establishlong-term stable cooperative relations, through the good reputation of existingcustomers for the bank to bring new customers, and ultimately improve the economicbenefits of banks, to achieve the bank’s overall efficiency improvement.
