The credit market is becoming increasingly competitive today,many companies need to devote more efforts to managing their current customer resources and lay the foundation for securing existing client resources and expanding their market demand.As a pioneer in the industry leader,Minxin company paid high attention to the client management work and established a relatively perfect financial credit client management mechanism.But in the process of its implementation,some problems were gradually exposed,like the business process was not clear enough,the hierarchical division was not detailed enough,the relative processing mechanisms for client debt,asset transfer and other phenomena were relatively weak.So the company decided to develop the finance and credit client management system.The development process of the system adopted MyBatis framework and Oraclellg database technology.MyBatis framework used xml configuration file and achieved objectification with the mapping configuration,and provided data processing and API interface.Spring MVC framework separated controller,filter,models and other objects,and it was easy to integrate with various types of view interaction framework,which was a typical MVC framework.Oraclellg database was applied for data management of the system,which can make full use of various types of bandwidth resources by taking large distributed as the basic form.The system achieved financial client management,financial change managementand other types of business management module.The financial level was based on themanagement of client,business and change,and realized the management of financial client,business and continued investment as well as basic information and business client ownership change.The credit level was also based on business management and realized the management of potential client and credit clients,the management submenu of credit business,the management of credit quality and the user ownership change of related information business.According to the feedback effect after the use of the system,the standardized processing of business process brought a qualitative improvement of the three-in-one client management mechanism based "client,business,change" for Minxin Company.Based on the two businesses of credit and financial management,the major aspects of continued investment,transfer,ownership change and quality inspection were detailed implemented,and the credit business process had been further improved.By the increased rationality,the responsibilities of all kinds of roles were clearly defined,and the enforceability of the business process was significantly enhanced.The company can fully grasp the basic information of subordinate clients and information content of business behaviors,which making up for the low degree of informatization before,and creating positive influence for the company to maintain existing client resources and open up future market client demands.
