Risk Analysis And Control Research Of Chinese Broadcasting And Television System Project

Chinese broadcast and television system lacks of science management, especially the analysis and the effective control of project risk, so it is necessary to research on this field. In the practice of project of broadcast and television system for many years, I had been using the project management methods for risk analysis, and based on the analysis to the prevention and control of risk,cited the actual situation as the recent project--whole media center system of Hebe Radio Station. For project risk analysis and control in the practical significance, the current system of radio and television projects in time, money and quality of the three goals of balance is now need to address the problem, analysis of the project risk management methods based on actual usage are not the same.There are different characteristics in different stages, the use of probability analysis in this paper, hierarchy analysis, scenario analysis method in the decision-making stage, the implementation stage and executing stage. I believe that the results of combination the actual project of broadcasting and television system with the actual project risk analysis and control theory, will be applied the project in the future Chinese broadcast television system has practical significance. It can be more accurate, more scientific analysis of possible risks, combined with the existing methods and analysis methods. It is a new improved, solving practical project in the operation for the prevention of risk.This paper is divided into five chapters. Introduction Chapter is mainly theoretical explanations, Chapter II to Chapter V include the four aspects of the whole process of project risk analysis and control. Chapter II is about decision phase project risk analysis and control studies, the third chapter studies analysis and control the risk of the project planning phase, the fourth chapter is the implementation phase of the project risk analysis and control studies, the fifth chapter is the risk of the project completion stage operation analysis and control.At present, system department of technical operation center of Shanghai Media Group is devoted to the study of the problems of project management, the relevant departments of the state is on the research of the broadcasting and television system risk, for the research project risk analysis and control are of practical significance.The studies from the thesis provide indirectly research for these departments, assist to solve practical problems, and make a contribution to Chinese Broadcast and television system of project management in project development. The content of this paper will also provide the relevant personnel as reference.
