Design And Implementation Of Continuing Education Management Information System For Zhejiang Agricultural Trade Vocational College

The continuous development of society makes the people who accept continuingeducation more and more, at the same time, the number of continuing educationcolleges will also increase, the competition between colleges will increasingly fierce.Therefore, using the the means and ways of informatization to enhance the corecompetition of the colleges and universities, that become the main problems of thecontinuing education college. The thesis combines the actual management conditions ofZhejiang agricultural business vocational college, using advanced computer technologyand information technology to build a set of continuing education management systemwhich suitable for the school.The main content as following:(1) through the early literature reading and research,into the continue education colleges to understand the actual management situation,sums up these colleges management problems, and develops a detailed analysis, tounderstand the information management processes and business characteristics;(2) intoZhejiang agricultural business vocational college, and repeated communictae with thetarget user and dicusses the system requirements, sums up the expectations of users forthe target system through communication, and analyzes it, gets a detailed requirementsdocument;(3) through the study of development technology, compare the technology ofthe system to the relevant development technology, chooses the most suitabletechnology and platform to improve the efficiency of development, finally determinethe development of the target system will use ASP.NET technology, Visual Studio2010development platform and SQL Server database;(4) on the basis of the systemrequirements document, the design of the system is developed, including the system’soverall architecture design, function module design, database design;(5) aftercompleting the relevant design work, the detailed implementation process of the systemis given, including the class diagram of the function modules, sequence diagram and thecore code, supplemented by picture and text;(6) developing the system testing workafter completing all implementation work, through the collocation of system testenvironment, using the combination mean of black box testing and white box testing totest the system, so as to prove the validity of the system.The system is strictly according to the design principle and method of software engineering, under the strict rules of the principle and method, the detailed design andimplementation of the system is realized by the development tools and developmentmethods, that can ensure the system has strong reliability, stability and perfect function,it can provide powerful auxiliary management tools for Zhejiang agricultural businessvocational college, realizes the query and management of the teachers and the students’basic information, automatic course arrangement, test application and arrangement,decision support, and other functions, it has an immeasurable role in the development ofthe school.
