Along with the development of multi-media technology and computer network technology,distance education has become powerful power and effective means of the traditional educational pattern of opening up and reforming.It breaks the traditional school education temporal constraints,and classroom television,radio education,educational education together constitute a diversified education system,as long as one has a computer and access to the network device,you can always be learning and training.Compared with other educational model,modern distance education has a very broad market.On the basis of the full study on status of distance education abroad,and combined with modern distance education teaching mode and a distributed application technology,paper uses Multi-layer structure approach to design and implement a modern distance education platform based on modern network.The functions of the system include School records management,Course Operations Management,Online test questions,Teaching Resources Management,Teaching Notification Management and Campus News.Because of the system design of multi-layer structure,the software has excellent operability,compatibility,versatility and elasticity,and each layer could focus on specific roles and functions.In the programming process,System uses object-oriented thinking and UML methods of analysis,and by establishing clear analysis model to understand the system.All of this makes the problem domain objects more clearly,and is conducive for the system design and development.Since teaching management and teaching activities is related to the many links,and with a large amount of data,wide coverage and business areas and more features.Paper discusses Data Structures and Optimization,Role permissions and domain functional division in detail,and gradually introduces some basic techniques which could be used to establish the system.At the same time,overall analysis is completed through the schematic design.Then,thesis explains the main module design principles,objectives and implementation plan.Finally,the system functional testing and non-functional testing test cases are given in the system test section.
