The continuing education of teachers is a worldwide problem, because of limitation of time, space, resources and other conditions, to carry on teachers in traditional face-to-face forms of continuing education is very difficult. Therefore, how to use information technology to develop online teachers’ continuing education has high practical value and important research significance.This paper first introduces the background of the research, expounds the significance of research and application of teachers’ Continuing Education Management system. The design method of object-oriented software engineering, the system needs analysis. In the business analysis, the business process diagram of the system involves various business process analysis. In functional analysis, using case diagram and package diagram function describes the function requirements of the system mainly includes six functions:user management, course management, class authentication, online FAQ, course management, system management. In data analysis, using the system data analysis function of thumbnails.
