Hydropower project construction management focus on safety, quality, schedule,cost the four control ", specifically involved in contract management, materialsmanagement, records management, land acquisition and resettlement is a complexmanagement system. Hydropowerproject construction management is an urgent need for specialized informationmanagement system to meet management needs. The spirit of the purpose of thehydropower project construction schedule management, quality management, efforts toreduce construction costs, continuously improve the management efficiency of researchand design of a hydropower project information management platform, which cansupport a variety of information processing, user-friendly hydropower constructioninformation for effective management.Hydropower project construction information management system with the currentproject management practices based on research and development of hydropowerengineering construction management software. The use of sophisticated IT technology,modern project management, integrated into the project management procedures andhabits, and the wisdom of project management experts with; integration with Westernmodern project management concepts and techniques, project construction managementmore scientific and advanced hydropower project construction for major projects toachieve the intensive management of the huge change from extensive management tothe application of information technology.The paper is mainly the work of the following areas:(1) design of a hydropower project information management system, focusing onthe confidentiality of the data and normative, to achieve the organic integration of thesystem and the actual business processes.(2)3-N-layer B/S structure system and j2EE of system design, provides a similaruser interface of desktop applications through the browser, providing a fast, accuratepassed in the office between text, data, reports and other information to the project in atimely manner, upper management, as well as design, supervision, construction of thebuilding units of information and business management services. This system realizes the interactive service data transmission, capable ofreproduction and security, can not be broken, open loop and closed loop requirementsdemand security, has good practicability.
