With the modernization construction of hydropower project management, digitaltechnology and hydropower project construction management has been developed andapplied, which is a new project management technology by multimedia technology,computer network technology and control technology, the implementation of computernetwork system and monitoring, feedback fusion analysis decision systemindependently. Formally, the construction period of hydropower station on the artificialobservation, manual input computer, data analysis, which causes artificial workload,and observation frequency and precision is limited, cannot guarantee the accuracy of themonitoring data, continuous, real-time and consistency, as well as unable to grasp thework of the state of hydraulic structures. It is a trend that the introduction of digitaltechnology in construction management of hydropower station, has become the use ofmodern management techniques to improve the construction management level ofhydropower station."The Dagangshan hydropower construction digital management system" is thewhole process of construction of Dagangshan Hydropower Station, by modernadvanced communication technology, computer hardware and software and automationtechnology, management system platform including integrated data acquisition, datamanagement, data processing, data analysis and feedback decision. The system can beefficiently analysis and treatment of construction monitoring system construction, andgrasp the construction system and operation behavior, providing power plantinformation management and decision support for enterprises and the relevantdepartments, to make a scientific decision construction safety power plant runningsmoothly. The establishment of digital system can realize the Dagangshan HydropowerStation construction data integration management and sharing, to ensure the quality andprogress and safety, promoting the construction site standardization, standardization,refinement and personalization, providing technical support for the construction ofemployers decision.Engineering construction digital management system mainly includes the dam concrete construction process management subsystem, dam concrete temperature managementsubsystem, dam foundation grouting process management subsystem, safety monitoringinformation management system and digital monitoring image information collectionsubsystem. Each subsystem depends on each other, complements each other, the digitalplatform will be the organic integration together, achieving centralized management,construction management and sharing of data integration, providing quantitative supportfor the construction of technical decision, dispersing system to integrate in a unifiedinformation platform, the construction process information management platform willform a covering major building project and the key business processes.
