Research And Development Of Materials Dispatching System For Hydropower Project Based On ERP

The rapid development of information society requires more efficient management to modern enterprises. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is an excellent combination of modern business management ideas and computer technology. It is the main direction of enterprises information development, which makes the core jobs of modern enterprises in information development. Using ERP in enterprises can improve the level of management and enhance the energy of enterprises, and make the enterprises more effective.Hydropower project is huge and complicated system engineering. There are so many uncertain factors in the long construction term that the logistic system is randomicity strongly, which makes the supply management of the materials more difficult. Now, in China, there isn't embedded research on logistic management in hydropower project. So, bring ERP into logistic management of hydropower project will consequently improve the supply work, and bring more benefits to enterprises.This thesis introduces the realization of introducing information technology into the logistic management of hydropower project—building an ERP based logistics system for large-scale hydropower project. First, the development processes of ERP, its functions and the steps of realization are reviewed. Second, the logistic environment of hydropower project construction is summarized, the management method of materials supplying is analyzed, and a decision model of dispatching is given. And then an ERP based logistics information system—MDTS has been designed and realized. Finally, a summary has been made for all the works in this thesis, and the research works in the further study has been analyzed. The system realized in this thesis is of great significance to a hydropower project.
