Counties’ Real-time Reporting Systems For Major Events And Decision

As network communication techniques develop rapidly and e-governmentpopularizes and deepens, it’s been a big problem for the government and all walks oflife to enhance services and improve management. As government strives to strengthenall-round information construction today, to make breakthrough in this problemrequires providing more conveniences to users, sharing information more effectively,accurately and rapidly, enhancing connection in government institutions of all levels,simplifying workflow, improving efficiency and strengthening regulation andmonitoring, among which the web-based information reporting is an important link.Therefore，the real-time information reporting system appears at the right moment.A real-time information reporting system capable of providing immediate andaccurate information is of great importance for superior departments to graspinformation about inferior departments immediately. In particular, when it comes tomajor decision-making, superior government (supervisory and decision-makinginstitutions) can effectively grasp information and supervise and manage the rights ofinferior government for major issues through real-time reporting system, thusimproving decision-making level, immediately preventing deviation or even error, andhaving fundamental and profound implications for local development.In this paper, software architecture is introduced and analyzed, advantages ofJ2EE platform in developing large-scale software are demonstrated, and technologieslike XML, MySQL database and Struts used in J2EE platform architecture areintroduced and improved. A real-time information reporting system for major issues inZhuji is designed and developed by improving three-layer MVC architecture, closelycombining Filter, XML, Struts and other technologies, and fully analyzing themanagement of decision-making for major issues and standardized operational flow.This paper focuses on architecture selection, system planning, task analysis andoperation design and realization of the real-time information reporting system formajor issues in Zhuji. To demonstrate system practicability, unit testing, integrationtesting and system testing were conducted, testing results were analyzed and compared with requirements, and features and disadvantages of this system plan weresummarized. This system has been put into operation with significant effects.
