So it is especially important to design and use a set of moderntextbook management information system in this background,In order to operate the textbook information management efficiently, and toimprove the work efficiency of textbook management, avoid the manual fault，FujianElectric Vocational and Technical College decide to build the C/S-based textbookinformation management system. According to the actual demanding, the systemconsists of the textbook arrangement, textbook purchasing plan, textbook ordering,textbook management, system maintenance and so on.In the system developing procession, it mainly used Component technology, UMLmodeling technology, database system theory and so on, and used the UML modelingtools such as Case diagram, class diagram, collaboration diagram to finish the detaileddesign work. Using the relational database theory, concept and logic structure designtheory to guide the system database design and optimization; in the foundation above,using DELPHI to coding, in the procession of system development, through the systemtest and the actual operation result we can get: the System is running steady,functional perfect, the result is basically correct, achieves the objectives of the projectdesign.
