Using Internet as carrier, the diabetes management platform can connect hospitals, date management system in community healthy services center, hospital information services system (HIS) and patients together to realize a series of integrated services, such as effectly and currently updating and saving the patients'medical date, checking, screening complications, tracking intervention, and analyzing the statistics of group blood glucose.In this paper, we will for the diabetes management. The diabetes management platform is a kind of electronics management and service platform for hospitals, community health center and diabetic patients. It's also a continent and effective solution for the health tracking service which is used by community diabetic patients.The development language of the diabetes management system is ASP. This system is using the B/S structure; it's made up of database server, application server and Front-end workstation. We use Microsoft Windows 2003(Chinese version) as Front-end platform, ASP (Active Server Page) as Front-end development tools, and MS SQL-Server 2000 database system as database development tools. According to the current Internet and computer technology development, thegeneral direction of diabetes management system is based on B/S (Browser/Server) structure. It is an improvement on the trational C/S equipment management system. Now the new system adds to higher scalability, safety and reusability.The equipment management system which uses B/S structure will have no limit of region and time, so it will be the development direction of the future computer equipment management system.We designed the main modules which include health records, health assessment, health guide, statistical analysis and standard treatment. I have also designed the system auxiliary modules: system login module. The interface design and the specific realization functions of related forms in every function modules are also completed. At the same time, I looked up a lot of relevant information.We propose and realize the system class diagram, then I have specifically finished every subsystem, and have made an introduction of network topology and hardware and software operating environment.At last, I made a conclusion and an expectation and had a preliminary exploration of the expand of the system.
