The Design And Implementation Of Purchasing Management System Besed On JIT Theory

JIT production is advanced enterprise management therory originating from Toyota,applied successfully for many years,thus becoming the global model for manufacturingindustry to follow. JIT procurement is an important application of JIT thought, itadvocates the establishment of supply chain management mechanism, reduceintermediate inventory to reduce unnecessary waste, the Kanban control system such asa quick, accurate, timely purchasing data exchange with suppliers, purchasing, supply tosmall batch, high rate. This thesis is based on the JIT purchasing management theory,accounting the current purchasing business model of ChengFei, in-depth analysis ofbusiness processes and user needs, design and development of a set of JIT procurementmanagement system to meet the automation management of current business.This thesis first reviews the background of the implementation of the system, adetailed introduction of purchasing field in our country at present manufacturingproblems, by the method of JIT after analyzing its origin to rebuilding the procurementprocess, the thesis then analyzes the composition and implementation conditions of JITprocurement, from the technical, economic, social benefits and other aspects of the thefeasibility of system development and deployment, the status and role of JIT inpurchasing system in supply chain management of enterprise, analyzes the applicationdirection of JIT procurement in aerospace manufacturing field. In this thesis, then to flyinto a finished product purchasing as the main line, in-depth understanding of the orderdriven, covering multiple departments purchase-production-sales process. The systemin the presence of roles and permissions, specify JIT procurement management systemuser requirements, established the function architecture consists of supplier management,purchasing plan, procurement approval, procurement quality management model. Thisthesis introduces the system network system, database, system security access controland workflow components design process. This thesis also introduces theimplementation method of the system specifications for the design of J2EE based ondistributed system, introduces the implementation details of each software layer,focusing on the realization method of program management, JIT purchasing JITpurchasing evaluation and management system, introduces the process, interface,inheritance, timing and user interface. Finally, the test of the system, including unit testing, integration testing, system testing process, from the point of view of practice,the design and development of the system in this thesis has a certain practicality,basically meet business needs.
