Design And Implementation Of Procurement Management System Based On J2EE

With the rapid development of the Internet,more and more information systems turn to the internet system.Because the traditional procurement model is just a horizontal integration,each node which is on the procurement chain forms a network structure,such procurement mode which only satisfies the production-oriented is inflexible.In order to improve this traditional procurement mode,the information,the Internet and the purchasing business hanging together,form a kind of new procurement mode.All enterprises on a procurement chain formed a whole and rely on each other.The purchasing patterns become dominated by orders to reduce the purchasing cost,improve the efficiency of purchasing,and promote the transformation of enterprise information.Basis on that,this paper set up a purchasing management system.This paper analyzes the present situation of purchasing management,research the specific needs of the enterprise procurement business,and complete the design of purchasing management system.Through the design,we implement the system.The system consists of direct orders,bidding purchase application and several other function modules.Considering the cross-platform of the system,the procurenment system is based on J2 EE,using B/S architecture technology.The whole application system uses Java language to development and design of the interface.The system can filter the invalid information and achieve efficient browsing.The system was developed to provide information and systematic platform for the traditional industrial enterprises.It can replace the traditional paper-based office,which greatly facilitates the employees operating processes and improves office efficiency.
