With the continuous development of communication business, the communicationsgroup companies both at home and abroad, on the customer resources competition haveintensified. Each big telecommunication company is facing a common problem,namelythe company although has huge customer group,how to dig out the potential VIPcustomers to provide more quality services is very difficult. The purpose of this study isto use the latest computer software technology, based on the communications industryVIP customer resource management requirements to design and develop a suitablecommunication industry’s VIP customer management system.This article content includes the following aspects: first, this thesis introduces thesystem development background and describes the current business situation ofcommunication company; Second,it elaborates the system requirements in detail,including user management, customer management and service management and so on;Third, based on the system requirements and communications company’s existingcomputer resources, parameters of the system and database design; Fourth, therealization of the system is expounded in detail, mainly from storage system design,WEB application development methods and related aspects such as the call of theinterface are introduced; Fifth, it shows parts of the system function. This researchresults are as followed: based on the Visual Studio platform, USES the ASP.NETtechnology build a suitable for the communications industry’s VIP managementsubsystem, and the system communication company customer management modes fromthe scattered state to scientific and systematic;successfully developed a customer servicesubsystem which has the hands of the customer service and feedback function, and itwill help improve the quality of communications services, making more humanizedservice for them; Successfully built a service hot line function module, the customerpersonnel to enter the module, through timely communication with customers in theform of text messages, phone, the system will automatically track and record the entireprocess of communication, and marketing reserves abundant data resource for thecustomer.In this thesis, design and development of customer resource management system,at the same time contains the VIP customer management and customer service functions. At present, the VIP resource management system has been successfully applied in***communication company, running results show that it can better satisfy thecommunication company customer management business needs. The construction ofthis system is based on existing CRM communication company, in order to fill theshortage of the existing CRM, expansion and extension of the existing CRM, andimplement the system of technical reference for other similar system.
