Design And Implementation For Zhongshan Public Security Bureau Meritorious Service Information System

In the information age, computer information management has become animportant indicator of information technology in the public security department. Asan important part of the public security department of information technology, thedegree of meritorious service management information technology affects its owndevelopment. This thesis describes the design and implementation for zhongshanpublic security bureau meritorious service management system.The system is based on B/S development model and three-layered architecture,the MySQL and Tengine Server, with JAVA Language and J2EE platform asdeveloper kits. Development step of the system is to be adopted for the projectdevelopment stage model, overall design, software design, coding, software testingand release to use, maintenance.First, the thesis introduces the research background and significance ofmeritorious service management system, the concept and development status quo, aswell as technologies frequently used applied in current performance evaluation systemdevelopment. Through demand analysis of the system, this thesis designs the generalfunction planning, layered architecture.The system is divided into the following four parts: unified user management, themeritorious record mode management, casualties’ pension management, educationand training management. The meritorious record mode management is to mainten theinformation of agencies and staff. The meritorious record mode management is tomanage people’s Polices and collective that meets meritorious conditions. Casualties’pension management is to register the the date of people’s police due to the expense ofthe public and pension management. Education and training management is to trainpeople’s police who meet promotion training conditions.The Science and Technology Department of Zhongshan Municipal PublicSecurity Bureau checked and accepted the system. System run results proved that thesystem can improve the initiative and management capacity of the authority of policeofficers, So as to continuously improve investigation efficiency and detectioncapabilities, strengthening the social order against prevention capability, has animportant value and significance.
