With the continuous development of personal finance business, the competition ofindividual financial business is increasingly fierce in domestic various commercialBanks. It is an important question of that finding the customers of potential value inhuge groups and providing good services for the customers. The thesis aims to design aVIP customer management system, and meet the needs of the development of personalfinance business, after connecting the software technology of computer.The bank individual business is introduced firstly, which explains the backgroundof this system; And then describes the demands of system from the aspects of thecustomer management, service management, user management; On this basis, itdescribes the designs of the whole system and database after combining with theexisting system environment of the bank; Then, the realization of the system isintroduced, and especially focused on the introduction of the method of design in WEBapplication, the design of stored process and the calling of related interface; Finally, thepartial function of system is demonstrated. The thesis’ achievements include: designsand develops a management subsystem of VIP customers, it adopts the asp.nettechnology in Visual Studio platform, it will change the scattered state to systematic andscientific system. Designs and develops a customer service subsystem, through thefunction, which can make the customer service acceptance, feedback, and enhance thehumanity of bank customer service; Develops a financial hotline function module,through the phone, text messaging, can complete the real-time communication withcustomers, and the process of service tracking records, they provide the necessary datamarketing support for the customers.The customer management system is introduced by the thesis. which can carry outthe effective management of VIP clients, and also can manage the services of the bankfor VIP customers effectively. At present, the VIP customer service system has beenoperated in the bank of municipal branch, it can meet the needs of personal businessdevelopment in the bank. The system is based on CRM of existing, and extends it andoutspreads, making up for the shortage of the existing CRM, this kind of design and implementation can reference for similar systems.
