This thesis comes from college project, the design and implementation system forlogistical service personnel performance appraisal of Sichuan Normal UniversityChengdu College (SNUCC), which needs to develop the logistics personnel informationmanagement system, tightly dependent on the actual work including asset management,cleaning, floor tube, student apartment management, and maintenance. The maincontributions of this thesis are to formulate logistics performance appraisal standardsand their informationization. Firstly, analyzes the development, present situation of thecollege logistics, then investigates the manual assessment, and finally, realizes and testssystem for logistics personnel information management. The main research contentincludes:1) design the personnel performance appraisal standards of five departments,including asset management, cleaning, floor tube, student apartment management, andmaintenance. These standards will improve logistics service quality; will ensure thenormal operation of SNUCC; and, will provide better services for students, teachers,and staff.2) Achieve informatization of the personnel performance appraisal standards,namely, the performance appraisal system. According to the analysis of the manualassessment, the stage of the performance assessment process is defined as preparation,assessment implementation and results queries. UML is used to analyze use case of theadministrator (maintenance system normal operation), leader (department head) andstaff (affiliated to some department).20modules of the three stages of logisticsperformance evaluation of SNUCC are designed. Those modules are realized usingSQL Server2005as the backstage database, Visual Studio2008, ASP.NET/C#asdevelopment platform. Through unit test, integration test, validation test and system test,the performance appraisal system is verified. Test results indicate that the design andimplementation of the performance appraisal system is effective and theinformationization is correct.3) The use of the role-based access control as data securitystrategy enhances the security and confidentiality of the system.
