As the size of the growing, college party to electronic, information has become inevitable, it is an important link to realize the informationization of colleges and universities. At present, most colleges and universities is still at the absolute paper management, office paper, which resulted in the slow work efficiency, high error rate, process cumbersome, to solve this problem only from the manual paper office over to the information in order to change the present situation, so as to realize the efficient management of Party affairs from the daily work in relation to the connection, membership dues management, organizational life management, from the active selection of outstanding to the development of new members to join, involves the simultaneous information management to the Party member user data of a lot of information, document data using information technology to achieve classification management.At present, Zhuhai Institute for the party management remained in print management status, the existing party affairs management mechanism can not meet the daily work, in view of this situation the paper to party affairs information management system of Zhuhai College as the research object, combined with the actual working process and mechanism design and implementation, the system adopts ASP.NET as the system development language, divides the system for the nine modules:daily management module and the relationship between the transfer module, liquidity management module, membership management module, the general election, the Party member development module, module of organizational life module, user management module, information database maintenance module. The design principle of this research subject compliance with software engineering, started from the analysis of system requirement analysis, design and system implementation and system test on the system, and finally realize the system.This research firstly introduces the information management system of the research background and significance, research status analysis of party affairs management information system, developed the research contents of this system. In the analysis of system requirements for party affairs information management feasibility analysis, business process analysis, business requirements, functional requirements analysis and non functional requirements analysis, and carries on the design to the system, through the system design, the party affairs information management system function module design, data base design to lay the foundation for the realization of the system. Through the user login module, the implementation of function module, and system test study of the realization of party affairs management information system. Party information management system using ASP.NET and SQL SERVER2005implementation has high research value and practical value, can solve the current problem of party affairs management work, also is the information management system needs an innovation combined with the current management needs.
