It will take several weeks or one month to make preparationof examination arrangement in advance, which leads to long time-consuming, humanconsumption, information lag in doing the preparatory work, thus, it is an urgentrequirement to develop examination management system.In accordance with the norms and structuralization of software engineering anddevelopment method, modular system analysis, system function, system modeling, datamodeling system behavior modeling; system architecture, the system uses B/S model,Windows development platform for Server2003, commissioning and operatingenvironment for the IIS6.0, system implementation environment for Visual Studio2008,the backstage database management system for SQL Server2005, the developmenttechnology forASP.NET, development tools for C#. As administrator logins this system,he or she can arrange the test task, process management, query and statistics of examinformation, released information of exam arrangement and invigilation, paper bagmanagement, performance reporting and audit, class performance and studentperformance query management involved the information management services; thesystem provides the function of conflict detection, automatic test in the examinationroom. If teachers and students login the system, they can inquire the information ofinvigilation and exam arrangement.The test results show that this system has realized the main function that the userpresents, and its auxiliary function needs further improvement in the study of other school management subsystems. The system has the advantages of simple operation,friendly interface, high reliability, the result shows that it has brought convenience,improved efficiency for the school examination administrators.
