It has provided the important basis for the WAP motion services, which university's campus network's and the digitized campus's construction is built, and mobile equipment's and the personal digital assistant (PDA) is popularizations, and China Mobile to provide GPRS data services and China Unicom CDMA.It is elaborated In my paper which WAP information service system is developed,and which WAP website is built; It is elaborated the key technology of WAP information service system application technology and the key technology,based on the existing campus information service system in Sichuan Normal University Chengdu University. the WAP information service system is used by student and teaher calling WAP mobile phone and browsing news, and querying campus notification information, and receiving your e-mail, and c querying their examination scores and personalized information; the website system can automatically according to the user of the service information selection to find similar information hyperlink for the user, and the user interested in information is sent to the user's mailbox, and so on.The system is developed based on B / S mode, it is used structured development method; select Windows XP professional SP3 and Windows Mobile 6 as development platform, using Visaul Studio 2008 integrated development environment, SQL Server 2005 Standard Edtion and SQL SERVER Mobile Compact Editor 3.5 as the database management system, C# development tools, ASP.NET development technology. IIS is used testing platform, Windows Mobile 6 emulator and Opera mobile browser is used testing tool, ActiveSync synchronization is used synchronizator. Test method is black box method, functional module of the system is more, the main module is expected to achieve the designed needs in my paper.
