With the rapid development of information technology and computer networktechnology, online collaborative learning model increasingly attracts attention andemulate, various kinds of online learning platforms are endless. However, the majorityof the existing teaching platform is emphasized teacher-centered, which emphasizethe organization and development of learning resources. This may result in the lack ofinteraction and collaboration, and can not fully mobilize learners’ interest in learning.This paper made full investigation and argumentation, analyzed and discussedthe theory and basic theory of collaborative learning online learning based on Web2.0environment. From the platform design ideas, functional requirements, the papermakes the detailed analysis and designs, utilizes the advanced NET softwaredevelopment architecture. This paper took advantage the object-orientedprogramming language, ASP.NET2.0, C#and the powerful Access database. Duringthe program development process, modular and hierarchical software developmentmodel was adopted. According to the user’s actual needs, the paper has developed amore suitable for learners generally require multimedia remote online autonomouslearning platform system.Through the simple testing system, the paper has shown the development ofremote online self-learning platform with a clear architecture, application logicunified access methods, and has the advantages of good scalability and systemmaintainability. Remote online self-learning platform has timely resolved anythingencountered learners in the learning process, and also meet learner personality andinitiative to learn necessary, improved learning enthusiasm and initiative, promotedupgrading learning effect for reference.
