| With the rapid development of information technology, today’s society has entered an era of knowledge economy, and the demand for knowledge in the learner has undergone great changes. For learners, in addition to a wealth of expertise, the ability of teamwork and social skills are also increasing. Therefore, the traditional e-learning already can not meet the needs of learners. Now, most of the learning environment is for the mass-dependent learners, but it is unable to support a good collaborative learning and interactive exchanges. In this paper, I added rich and diverse social learning tools on a traditional support system. So that learners can effectively carry out independent learning, improve team collaboration, give full play to the advantages of the network, and reach to purposes of improving learning effect.In this study, I launched mainly by the following aspects. First, literature research. In the beginning stages of the paper, I collected a large of domestic and foreign literature and classic case, using scientific methods to analyze summary and reference. Second, a detailed needs analysis. Early learners habit hobby carried out a detailed investigation, the results of the survey with reference to the individual learning needs analysis environment. Third, the framework design and implementation. This phase mainly for personal learning environment framework design, and use programming languages, databases and a series of tools to implement the system.Through the above work, this paper created a complete and systematic learning environment for learners. And this paper providing a personal learning environment, a strong teacher-student interaction and collaboration environment for learning crowd. This system based on a basic platform middleware, integration space, blog, examination system, forums, and timely communications and other social tools. It is learner-centered, by adding social networking features, can significantly increase the interaction between students and students and between students and teachers, in order to improve students’ enthusiasm and initiative. Its purpose is to train students collaborative learning ability, self-learning ability, interpersonal management, and comprehensive management capabilities, making the learner a substantial increasing in the effect of learning. |
