With the rapid development of information technology and computer network technology, which change the traditional classroom teaching model. Thus, a variety of new learning concepts and technology are gradually absorbed and introduced to the learning process, which greatly changed the way people learn and work. Due to the breakthrough constraints of traditional learning mode in time and space, online collaborative learning model has made outstanding contributions for developing learners’collaborative exploration of consciousness, and improving the overall quality of learners. Thus this model increasingly attracts attention and emulate, various kinds of online learning platforms are endless. However, the majority of the existing teaching platform is emphasized teacher-centered, which emphasize the organization and development of learning resources. This may result in the lack of interaction and collaboration, and can not fully mobilize learners’interest in learning.This paper takes advantage of Web2.0open, sharing, collaboration and autonomy, to explore the design and development of online collaborative learning platform based on Web2.0technologies and concepts. On the basis of the full investigation and argumentation, this paper has analyzed and discussed the theory and basic theory of collaborative learning online learning based on Web2.0environment. From the platform design ideas, functional requirements, the paper makes the detailed analysis and designs, utilizes the advanced NET software development architecture. With the object-oriented programming language, ASP.NET3.5and C#language for the front, and with the powerful Access database back-end database system as a system, the paper has designed and developed a remote online self-learning platform system.This paper has made the detailed description and analysis on the research background, website development technology and online collaborative learning theory. During the program development process, the paper has adopted modular and hierarchical software development model. According to the user’s actual needs, the paper has developed a more suitable for learners generally require multimedia remote online autonomous learning platform system. Through the simple testing system, the paper has shown the development of remote online self-learning platform with a clear architecture, application logic unified access methods, and has the advantages of good scalability and system maintainability.Remote online self-learning platform which the paper has developed for learners has created a relaxed, freedom, democracy and collaborative learning environment. The platform has timely resolved anything encountered learners in the learning process, and also meet learner personality and initiative to learn necessary, improved learning enthusiasm and initiative, promoted upgrading learning effect for reference.
