In the rapid development of mould industry nowadays,mould design and manufacturemainly dependent on designers’ experience and technicist’ skill. The core technicist’job-hopping of enterprise have caused great bad impact to enterprise’s development. Inaddition, in the process of mould production, mold production case knowledge mainly storageby document and the methods of checking mould standard knowledge mainly depend onbrowsing the mould standard manual. For the problem of losing property when storaging themould practical examples by document and querying trouble when using mould standardknowledge, they can cause the delays and cost increase of production. Therefore, it isimportant for mould enterprise to manage enterprise mould knowledge effectively in order toprotect enterprise intangible assets, reduce production cost and enhance the competitivenessof enterprise. Thus, it is important realistic significance that we develop mould enterpriseknowledge base management system.The thesis bases on the further investigation to knowledge management of Dalian mouldenterprise, combining with the knowledge management theory and advanced informationtechnology, using object-oriented design method, discussing the main contents of mouldknowledge management system as a whole. The thesis puts forward system’s structure andexpounds systematically from the function modules and other aspect.Systems completes system modeling by UML. In order to improve customerssatisfaction with operating system and reduce the developed time of system, customers anddevelopers understand the undeveloped system from different angles. The study proposed themethods of the system of establish B/S injection mould knowledge base by using theProgramming language of Microsoft Visual Studio2008C#and Microsoft SQL Sever2000tosolved the problem of adverse knowledge. The results shows that the application of thesystem effectively express and access to the knowledge of injection mould knowledge and italso let the mould practical examples knowledge of enterprise and the experience knowledgeof designers obtain effective deposit and search.
