| Injection mould feed system is an important component of the structure design of injection mould, and is also the only channel for molten plastic flowing into mold cavity. That whether its geometry figure and dimension of structure design is reasonable influences polymer melt's rheological properties and filing in the mold channel, and influences the qualities of the plastic parts and general structure design of injection mould ultimately. So the research on the injection mould feed system design technology and method is becoming one of the important facets in the field of the injection mould CAD.On the basis of total analysis and summarization on basic knowledge, principle and expert experience of injection mould feed system as well as further research on the computer-aided design of injection mould feed system, according to the geometrical model of the plastic, applying technologies including feature-based modeling and identifying, RBR, CBR, oriented-object and database technology VC++ 6.0, SQL Server 2000, Object ARX, the paper conceives general structure and primary function module of the intelligent design of injection mould feed system, develops user-systemic interface, constructs knowledge rule library and case library of injection mould feed system, researches denotative method of knowledge rule library and case library, designs the ratiocinative mechanism of intelligent system design, and realize the intelligent design of injection mould feed system partly.At last an example of enunciator crust design is given to present the basic flow and method of the intelligent design of injection mould feed system. The process of design indicates the system is credible, and with reasonable design result.Research and development on the intelligent design technology of injection mould feed system is significant to improve the level of mould CAD and the mould design qualities and efficiencies and shorten the cycle of mould design and manufacture. |
