University Archives is the history of university teaching, research es and other functional activities, which reflects and records the history of university development process. University Archives is an important part of management in university, which is an important symbol that measures the level of university management.Because of file management's special position in colleges and universities , universities pay attention to the management of it. However, the informational construction of the university's archival information seriously inconsistent with their status, which mostly ranges from traditional management methods and computer management system combining stage.Knowledge Base is a cluster of knowledge which is , easy to operate, easy to use, fully to organize in a structured knowledge engineering , and is the needs of solving problems in certain area, which is a collection of interrelated pieces of knowledge for the use of several knowledge representation in computer memory storage, organization, management and use.This text analyzes the file management in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College, based on researching many literatures and using the software engineering-related technology. It points that the file management in Sichuan Vocational and Technical College can be realized by applying the technology of knowledge base technology. In the overall system analysis and implementation process, it describes the this text's content by using object-oriented technology and the Unified Modeling Language. Finally, it finishes the code based on adopting Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 IDE platform using ASP.NET language of the system.
