Power mobile base stations'costs and related expenses have became a very important company costs, and increased every year. Electricity on-site electricity meter is the only basis for settlement, and widely distributed power management is a big difficulty. In order to meet the DaYing electricity needs in the information age, the paper studies the DaYing county management system implement object-oriented mobile base stations. In this paper, are as follows:1,Based on the choice for electricity in the field of management research situation analysis, and to meet the needs of DaYing county,find some problems which need to solve and form this topic.2,Technology selection combined with the idea of software engineering problems which based on the time schedule to open on the topics .Determined based on the object surface analysis techniques for requirements analysis; used object-oriented design techniques for mobile base station electricity management system design;Used unified modeling language for system modeling; used ASP.NET SQL SERVER 2005 for system implement.3,Systematic analyzed the DaYing county of electricity management system for mobile base stations. First, feasibility analyzed the DaYing county of electricity management system, then analyzed the demand for the system, and focused on analysis of the system report output requirements. Then using use case diagrams and object-oriented analysis of business needs, and finally the use of the system flow chart of the electricity management system related processes were analyzed.4,The use of object-oriented design technology on the DaYing county's electricity management system for the county from the mobile base station deployment diagram, the system components in terms of the overall system design, from the functional modules, and system type and other aspects of detailed design, final related to the database design. 5,The use of ASP.NET technology for mobile base stations, the DaYing county electricity management system Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 development platform has been coded to complete the system test results show that the system is running well.The use of software engineering topics related to technology, through the pre-analysis, feasibility analysis, requirements analysis, system design, coding, implementation, system testing phase, familiar with the entire software development process, developmented the DaYing electricity management system for county mobile base station, meet users'needs.
