WEB Framework Based Management System For The Training School

In order to meet people’s growing demand for learning, training schools wereborn. Management in the training school includes educational supervision, students’enrollment, financial management and teachers’ registration. There are some problemsin manual work, such as non-standard management, confused format, low workingefficiency, difficulties in financial examination and so on. Then it is of practicalsignificance and great value to develop a set of management system in training schoolthat can support training management, unify management of data formats, improveworkers’ working efficiency and be convenient for financial examination.This thesis firstly analyzes the background of choosing topic, the significance ofsuch research and the related contents. Then it introduces a management system intraining school which is based on Web application technologies. This system takes B/S（Browser/Server）as its system structure, SQL SERVER2005as its backstage database,XML as its system configuration environment, Ajax as its web page dynamical refresh,UML as its system modeling, and Visual Studio2008C#/ASP.NET as its developmentplatform.Firstly, through the UML case analysis of staff like manager, educationaladministrator, consultant, financial supervisor, and teachers, this thesis defines thefunction of the system which includes students’ enrollment, students’ payment, textbookreceiving, printing management and financial approval. Secondly, this thesis analyzesthe way to shorten the system’s development time, to improve system’s scalability andmaintainability by the idea of hierarchical structure. Finally, it introduces function testand performance test of management system and shows that such design systemsatisfies the management needs of training school.At present, the system has been put into use. It shows that the computerizedmanagement system can improve training school’s competitive power and make it to anew level. What is more, such system can also bring economical result to the trainingschool and thus can be of some practical value.
