At present, the international mobile phone touch technology continues toprogress and development, and the development of Chinese domestic mobile phonetouch technology is still in its infancy. In order to keep up with development trend ofthe application of touch screen technology and market development trend ofsmartphone, and raise the level of domestic mobile phone touch technology researchand development, this design want to independently research and develop the mobilephone touch IC and make improvements on the touch IC design, so as to develop theirown touch technology, to keep up with the international touch technology, andeventually lead the international touch technology development in the future.Touch IC of this design of hardware circuit design is using classic hardwareelectronic system design method, namely using the top-down design method, which isusing Verilog hardware description language to design; Touch IC of this design ofdriver software design is using the process-oriented design method, which is using Clanguage programming design. This design touch IC on the hardware design inaddition to keep the original general I2C communication interface, creatively andjoined in the class: DBI of high-speed communication interface to realize high-speedcommunication; At the same time improved the existing analog front end (AFE)design on the market, more direct operation allows the user to set the hardware works,moreover improve the analog front end (AFE) drive analog scanning scanningwaveform. In software design, the design of touch IC adopts a quick query algorithmand sliding filter algorithm to achieve a higher anti-jamming, can faster and moreaccurate query the touching area so as to calculate the point coordinates.Touch IC of this design in the design and simulation and FPGA validationthrough, IC has been sent to the stream. The area of the IC894797um2, total powerconsumption of about270mw. Through simulation and FPGA validation,communication speed can reach3million communication speed, can communicatewith DBI interface display driver IC compatible, to On_Cell or In_Cell touch ICcompatible technology development; Users can more independent setting theoperation mode of the chip, more diversified and convenient; Anti-jamming filter isable to automatically adjust to changes in the environment, can more quickly andaccurately identify in the complex environment the touch area and be able to calculate the multi-point touch point coordinate.
