At present, high-speed data acquisition is widely used in the electronics industry, especially in the applications need to solve the problems of acquisition and processing of signals with wide bandwidth. such as software radio and remote sensing, digital oscilloscope and aperture radar. The high-speed data acquisition system includes have high data sampling rate and resolution. larger bandwidth and storage capacity etc.Combining with the "Transient High-speed Moving Target Radar System Test" for data acquisition requirements, design a1GSPS data acquisition card, In order to achieve the sampling rate, the high-speed ADC chip selected AT84AD001which is produced by E2V Corporation, through its three-wire serial interface setting, let it work in interlaced mode. Use FPGA as the core of the timing and logic. It can realize high-speed data reception, follow-up memory circuit control and USB2.0interface control. For memory circuit we select four micron corporation’s large capacity SDRAM to accomplish data cache, And through the USB2.0interface chip CY7C68013implementation and data transfer between the host computer. In addition, high-speed circuit board design process is different from the ordinary circuit, In the design we must take the power integrity and signal integrity in all consideration, the paper will discuss the circuit board design should pay attention to.Finally, the paper will presents the data acquisition card debugging process validation, and the existing problems are analyzed and fixed.
