The past management of power plant equipment in Laiwu City mainly relied on inspecting by operating personnel and checking by maintainer, and this management method leaded to cursory equipment inspection, generally only checked equipment leaking and malfunctions that equipment already had, forming a posterior maintenance so that preventive maintenance is difficult to do. The point inspection and regular repair system is a process that do designated people, fixed point, regular inspection for equipment, and analyze, improve equipment, it is more scientific, advanced, and it can acquire data, do standard operation and trend analysis, analyze the failure law of component of equipment by data accumulation, and constantly summarize, improve and complete the technical standard to allow early detection of equipment failure and eliminate the failure in the shortest time, thus ensuring the reduce of the equipment failure rate and eliminating hidden dangers. Considering problems in the management of power plant equipment in Laiwu City, it is imperative to use technologies like computer, communication, networking, test and control to develop efficient, intelligent management system of point inspection and regular repair.The system used a J2EE software architecture, mainly implementing by B/S, and selected the popular Struts+Hibernate framework mode for development by following the MVC design mode; we designed and implemented the point inspection and regular repair management system of power plant equipment in Laiwu City. Firstly, we introduced the development background of system, and divided the system into seven modules on the basis of demand research:equipment management, point inspection management, daily work management, fixed repair management, document management, staff management and systems management, and used UML use case to analyze system functional requirements and describe function case; we design function structure according to of system function, and used the class diagram and the dynamic timing diagram in UML static model structure to make detailed design of system function; we described the system data model by E_R diagram, introducing part of database table structure design of the system; we showed part of implement functionality and code, and described the implementation process of system testing.Equipment management is the core content of production management in the point inspection and regular repair management system, and we can can use telecommunication network, internet and LAN of Laiwu power plant to do information processing, mutual visits of systems can be worked out by the interaction of database server and application server. Equipment management can establish the equipment account of the use of cable, and make integrated management of basic information, pictures, division of labor, spare parts, cost information, maintenance history, technical data and other information of equipment; point inspection management can be worked out through three processes by inspectors:running, point inspection, overhaul; daily work management implement the defect management, regular work, oil management and log management; fixed repair management implemented a state-based maintenance, mainly completing the management of the fixed repair plan, fixed repair models, standards project library and work order; document management can provide custom directory structure and file classification, can integrating data of manufacture, equipment-related management systems, technical data, pictures and educational training; staff management implemented the management of personnel, station and organization; finally, we designed and implemented the system management.The point inspection and regular repair management system can help site production equipment operation and maintenance and other related administrative procedures of Laiwu Power Plant work in practice. Inspection personnel in all stations can complete the inspection plan under the guidance of inspection operations. The system ensure working condition and quality of the production field reaching the standard and ensure the management requires of the power plant can be met in the daily work. The scientific management of the inspectors in the production field can eliminate loopholes such as inspectors are not in place, and fabricating and arbitrary changing assignment statements.
