Point inspection management system is a very effective preventive maintenance way, which was originally introduced from the United States to a preventive maintenance system, and has now become a kind of basic management work of the equipment status maintenance with many years of development. Very good basic services can be provided by the basic management work.This project is mainly based on the relevant requirements of the power plant equipment point inspection management and field research, and completes the system design and development under the Myeclipse platform in combination with the popular Struts, Spring technology, the database access technology, MVC design pattern, and the SQL Server 2005 database according to the theory of software engineering and project management theory.According to the procedures of software engineering, the thesis finishes the demand analysis and the system design including the database design. In system implementation part, the implementation of system environment, the database, and the point inspection management system based on B/S are included. There are seven functional modules in the B/S-based power plant equipment point inspection management system, which are equipment management,point inspection management, daily work management, maintenance management,document management, personnel organization and management, system management. Specially designed a Data in database access class to realize all the database access operation, improve the efficiency of application development and code reuse rate, is conducive to the maintenance of the program.The software system designed in the project effectively changes the traditional pattern of power plant equipment point inspection management, and improves the security and efficiency of the power plant equipment spot inspection management.
