The Design And Implementation Of Fixed Assets Management System For ZaoZhuang Vocational College

Recently, in order to strengthen the management of fixed assets, some domestic areas and schools make beneficial explorations which include developing the management software, using the computer to manage instruction apparatus and equipment, there is a degree of progress in technology. However, the functions of these software are often a simple alternative to the original manual labor to complete only a single business or special purpose asset management, they do not change the passive and lag situation of Fixed Assets Management of colleges and universities fundamentally. Therefore, we must start from the point of the strongly support the reform of higher education development to plan and construct the management of fixed assets and to make a truly leap in the management level by using modern information technology.This system looks ZaoZhuang Vocational College as the research object, and uses object-oriented analysis and design methods and UML to build the modules of various stages of system development. This system technology development uses JSP language and Struts technology to implement Fixed Assets Management System with the combination of JSP programming and SQL SERVER2005database technology. I carry on the analysis of business needs of the fixed assets management system and participate in the development of parts of the system modules, and at the same time, I also take part in the outline design of the modules and the maintenance of work. This paper describes the main problems of the system needing to be addressed and focus on the system objectives, design principles, system architecture and system functional modules; It puts forward the solutions of Fixed Assets Management System by the analysis of modern network Internet technology and present situation of fixed assets management. Meanwhile, it raises effective solution for fixed asset management system by the study of web services technology which bases on J2EE development platform.The system realizes the whole functions of fixed assets management system. Fixed assets daily management realizes the entry of fixed assets, add, changing, disposal and asset audit, financial audit functions; Queries, statistical analysis, account and table function realizes the functions such as the statistical analysis of fixed assets, the statistical analysis of asset condition and finance, financial accounts tables, statistical analysis of the table, the fixed asset detail tables, equipment data reported to the Ministry of Education, assets statistics data and asset inventory data; The fixed assets inventory management realizes setting of asset inventory and asset inventory functions; Finally, we realize the system settings and auxiliary functions.The development of the system comprehensively uses modern information technology to realize fixed assets management activities on the WAN or LAN, and to recreate the business process of fixed assets management, and to promote fixed asset management system construction and implement the fixed assets management responsibility; It realizes holographic, multi-dimensional, real-time monitoring of fixed assets, implements the dynamic, and meticulous management of fixed assets of colleges and universities, and promotes the rational allocation and effective use of fixed assets, improves the efficiency of work and service quality by the combination of financial management and budget management...
