Design And Implementation Of Fixed Assets Management Information System Of Yunnan Arts University

The design idea and the design method of object-oriented analysis are adopted in the design of this system, Yunnan Arts College as the research object, UML being used to establish the different stage model of this system. JSP core language is used to develop the system, the collection, storage, processing and calculating of data are completed by SQLSERVER 2008 database technology, the design and development of fixed assets management system of Yunnan art college has completed. Through analysis and study of management and business of fixed assets management system, the main problems which the system faces and mainly need to solve are described in this paper. focusing on the analysis of the problem target which the system need to solve, on the design principles, on system architecture and on system function mold piece; based on computer Internet technology and the powerful calculation function, the fixed assets management situation is analyzed, the mode of fixed assets system management is established, the target solution model are established on the J2 EE platform and Web service technology.The fixed assets management function is completed by design of the management information system. The information input, assets increase, assets change, asset disposal, assets audit, asset inventory, assets financial statistics, statistical analysis, assets statistics and other content are realized through the design and analysis of the systemThe realization of fixed assets management automation through research and development of the management information system in the wide area network or LAN, the daily management of fixed assets is strengthed through the reengineering and restructuring process of fixed assets management business, responsibility for the management of fixed assets is defined, the whole process, comprehensive and real-time control of fixed assets are completed. Through the establishment of fixed assets management information system the realization of fixed assets, the meticulous and comprehensive dynamic management is completed, the efficiency of fixed assets management is improved, the supervision of assets is enhanced.
