In the backdrop of the reform of the national energy structure, the original home gas gradually is replaced by natural gas. With the gradual increase of the scope of using natural gas in Linyi Zhongyu, natural gas pipelines are increasingly complex, the original gas inspection ways cost lots of human resources, the management of the inspection is not unified, superior cannot real-time monitor inspectors, and the gas inspection work can’t be guaranteed. Through the analysis of the management of inspection means for this municipality’s fuel gas company, we decided to build an natural gas inspection management system for natural gas company in Linyi, to solve the problems existing in the current, to improve the gas safety index, to eliminate potential safety problems, to promote the further development of gas company in Linyi Zhongyu.In technology, this system based on B/S mode, the overall architecture of the system used J2EE architecture, supplemented by the struts framework to develop. The system used MVC pattern to divide it into several layers, respectively control layer, business logic layer and persistence layer. During the page design it adopted JQuery, a light-weight framework which does not occupy a large amount of system memory and is simple easy to operate and grammar. The database adopted SQL SERVER 2012 to storage data effectively.The system’s functions are divided into system management, patrol management, scheduling management and mobile terminal management. System management includes system Settings, user management and unit management three functions; Patrol management function includes inspection management, patrol management, inspection information management, real-time reporting and inspection statistics; Scheduling management includes scheduling inform management, personnel real-time monitoring and personnel track management three functions; System mobile phones side management function includes end system Settings, GPS information management, map information management, schedule management, real-time reporting and inspection report management.The system used wireless network and GPS technology and made the use of PC and mobile end to realize information management of pipeline inspection work. After the establishment of this system, it changed many problems in the inspection work, can effectively guarantee the quality of personnel inspection, can make the inspection personnel’s work easier and improve the reliability of gas pipeline equipment, guarantee the gas equipment’s safe operation and low failure rate, eliminate potential safety problems, and promote the further development of gas company in Linyi Zhongyu.
