In recent years, with the rapid development of network technology and communication technology, various levels of information resources has been widely used in the economic, cultural and social life. In the economic society information resource is becoming more and more important. Many countries especially the developed countries in Europe and America will be the implementation of information sharing in the national development the commanding point, and the increase the investment on information resources construction. In China, the sharing of information resources evaluation and exploration has just started, to find suitable research and practice for the situation of our country’s information resources sharing, is the realistic need of the sustainable development of library information resources sharing. With the rapid development and application of modern information technology, the sharing information resource of library has made use of the user satisfaction evaluation into the considerable development of resources sharing into the evaluation of information resource sharing.The aim of the paper is to build up an evaluation model of information user satisfaction of sharing information resources of library and afford theoretical basis and practical experience for the next research. The paper summarized in the review and domestic and international research and practice development, use ACSI model to construct the evaluation index system of shared around the user satisfaction of information resources, and to survey the way to carry out an empirical study.Its main ideas are as follows:This thesis firstly introduces the background and research object, and then introduces the state of the art at home and abroad, the innovative features and the research method of library consortia. Meanwhile, this paper briefly introduces the organization structure. The second part of the article introduces the research situation of domestic and foreign information resources sharing of library, including the evolution of the origin and development of information resources sharing, and then introduced the situation on the basis of sharing of information resources evaluation. The third part introduced the theory of customer satisfaction, and the sharing of information resources are the key to explain the concept of customer satisfaction. The fourth part through the analysis of literature, extraction index to construct the sharing of information resources evaluation index system of customer satisfaction, based on ACSI model is designed, including the user perceived quality, user perceived value, user expectation, user experience four-dimensional information resource sharing model. The fifth part through empirical survey research methods to verify the assumptions of the model, and carries on the correction, user perceived quality, user perceived value, user expectation, user experience, the four dimensions of information resources sharing and user satisfaction evaluation system model. The sixth part according to the four dimensions’ model, puts forward improving customer satisfaction evaluation and improvement strategy.In the last section, the paper summarizes the results and analyzes some problem existed and put forward some limitations and point out the prospects of the study.
