With the development of science and technology and education, the role of the library in colleges and universities is more and more can not be ignored. Has both public welfare and service of university library, its quality relates to the teaching quality of colleges and universities, the culture of a university and development potential. Is the main part of the school, the students have the researchers in economics in the customer satisfaction theory applied to the study of the library, and puts forward the more and more targeted model, these models on all aspects of the library to carry on the different degree of satisfaction evaluation, including emerged some innovators for improve the development of this theory.In this paper, by applying the theory of customer satisfaction, Austin- environment- input-output theory(I- E- O model) and shi jing huan professor of the university library resources using index system research, the combination of and use the system and the corresponding evaluation method by using satisfaction survey about H normal university library in the study, in order to verify the validity of the index system and evaluation method. Based on library resources in five aspects as the breakthrough point, by researching into different variables student satisfaction whether there was a significant difference of library resources, the causes of differences and gender, different living conditions and whether students for only children have important relations. The authors found that under different environment variable, the student is different to the satisfaction degree of the library resources. Different grade, the different professional, go to the library to cycle and the cycle of library web site for different students five aspects of library resources accordingly there is a difference. The reasons behind their underfunded including school of electronic resources; Library itself lack of training and lecture on readers use the library resources, management relatively closed; Single reader feedback channel, feedback result seriously enough; Professional print books resources; Students communicate with university library’s attitude is not positive, enough to explore the mode of library resources, etc. To solve these problems, this paper argues that can be used to increase the capital investment, construction of electronic resources professional print book resources, set up "humanist" services, create diversified way borrowed and convenient way to refer to adjust the system service mode to resolve.
