After entering the 21 st century,the development of network technology has gradually accelerated,and major breakthroughs have been made in information technology.This has promoted the digitalization of social development,and digital information resources have become increasingly important.As the main institution of information service,the library has long been an indispensable part of the document resources."User first,perfect service" is the core concept followed by the library and also the focus of digital resource development.User satisfaction is an important evaluation indicator of whether this concept is truly reflected.This article is based on users,and mainly focuses on user satisfaction from five parts.The first part refers to the relevant research of the international university library digital resource evaluation index system,summarizes and elaborate the research results related to the university library digital resource evaluation;the second part,organizes the theories and related to "user satisfaction" Model,and use this as a basis to explore the digital resources of college libraries,introduce digital resource user satisfaction evaluation methods,influencing factors,etc.,to provide a sufficient theoretical reference for the construction of the satisfaction index model;the third part,for the above theoretical construction University library digital resource user satisfaction index model,using analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index;the fourth part,the preliminary determination of the four institutions of higher education of the Central Judicial Police College,North China Electric Power University,Hebei University,Hebei Agricultural University for research For the object,conduct an empirical analysis and research on the index model,use the questionnaire survey method to collect the required data,and analyze the data to find out the deficiencies in the construction of digital resources;the fifth part is based on the quality of digital resources,system functions,publicity methods,comprehensive quality of librarians and Five aspects of user feedback are the entry points Measures will be able to effectively enhance customer satisfaction.This article focuses on university libraries,explores the evaluation of user satisfaction ofdigital resources,determines the specific reasons for users ' low satisfaction when using library digital resources,and improves the overall service level of the library and clarifies the future development priorities of digital resources It has practical and social significance.
