Design And Implementation Of Business Scheduling Management System For Liaoning Province Institute Of Measurement

Measurement is an activity to achieve unified units, accurate and reliable values. It is the cornerstone of national economic development. Measurement business management is an important part of the measurement scientific management. With the increasing demand of social measurement and improvement of measurement testing abilities, the scale of measurement business work is larger, traditional one-way management model cannot meet the needs of measurement development, it is passive and inefficient, and it is not conducive to carry out work timely and accurately. Therefore, there is an important practical significance to implement a measurement business management system based on workflow to improve management ability, efficiency and customer’s satisfaction.Aiming at Liaoning Province Institute of Measurement, a measurement business scheduling management system is designed and implemented in this thesis, which contains plan management, customer management, vehicle management, business analysis, service support and system management. Plan management includes establishment, modification, confirmation, audit, implementation, and feedback of testing plan, taking/sending measuring instruments plan, settlement plan, training plan or propaganda plan. In this system, C/S model is mainly adopted with B/S model supplemented. PowerBuilder12is used to develop C/S part, while Visual Studio2008is for B/S part. Oracle10g is used as the database. PowerBuilder native driver and ADO.NET are adopted to achieve high execution efficiency and fast query speed. Data Window technology is made full use of to manage and maintain data in the database. Besides, the functions, including testing plan’s automatic generation based on Oracle Job, general query based on Data Window, FTP module based on Windows API, manipulating Word/Excel based on OLE and intelligent suggestion, are realized. Furthermore, SMS module is integrated, which sends/receives SMS by GSM Modem. SMS module is implemented to service interfaces by Web Services technology, which can be called easily and integrated to other management information system in Liaoning Province Institute of Measurement expediently.In this thesis, according to software development process, system functions and data flow analysis are firstly introduced. Then, system structure and module design are proposed, and system database design is described through system data flow analysis. Moreover, system implementation process and key technologies are analyzed. Finally, unit test, integration test, validation test and system strength test are put forward on the basis of software test strategy. After system testing, user interface is friendly. The workflow of measurement business management is clearly reflected. Not only management cost is saved, but also work efficiency gets improved.
