| LD end-pumped high repetition1.34μm laser provides with broad applications in national defense and military, medical operations and so on.This thesis is mainly to design an LD pumped acousto-optic Q-switched laser, which has high repetition rates and narrow pulse width, The rate equation of LD end-pumped high repetition1.34μm laser was put forward and solved.The relationship between the single pulse energyã€pulse widthã€peek power and repetition rate was established. It guided the choice of component and the design of laser cavity and provided theory basis to analyzing experimental phenomenon;Used COMSOL to analyze thermodynamics parameters between traditional Nd:YV04crystal and composite Nd:YVO4crystal.Calculated the thermal focal length of composite Nd:YVO4crystal. The accuracy of calculation was verified and it supported the design and optimization of laser cavity.Based on theoretical study, LD pumped acousto-optic Q-switched laser was designed.At the pump power of14.46W,the average output power of1.34μm laser was4.5W, the optical-to-optical efficiency was31.14%.At the repetition rate of10kHz,the average output power was1.72Wand the pulse width was49.3ns; At the repetition rate of100kHz,the average output power was2.8W and the pulse width was153.6ns; the optical-to-optical efficiency were19.36%,respectively. |
