The creation and development of Q-switch technology has improved the technical application of laser greatly, particularly in pulse laser range finder in and laser radar technology. The topic of this article mainly research and design about LD pumped solid laser high repetition frequency Q-switch system. Including summarizing the existing state and perspective of Q-switch laser, comparison and analysis of all kinds methods in the field of Q-switch technology, choose the Electro-optic Q-switch to design high repetition frequency Q-switch which used in solid laser. The theory of relaxation oscillation is described, and it give the theories analysis which is the output natural parameter of Q-switch laser. According to completely and system analysis to all kinds of Electro-optic crystal, gain the design scheme, carried on the analysis of the in a specific optical characteristic to the crystal of LNB and RTP and design the crystal size to calculate half-wave voltage. Choose BSS125 as switch which can bear high voltage and have a fast switch frequency in voltage designation. Adopt software Mulitisim7 to emulate circuit, and it's complete measurement of entire circuit, The results of experiments especially the system noise were analyzed and discussed roundly, improved means were brought forward and used in the operations to solve some questions, with these jobs, the process of the subject got a new level, and phased implementation.
