pulse,and more and more attention is paid to the pursuit of high repetition frequency,high average power,high stability and long life;Ultra high repetition rate solid-state high voltage ns pulse generator has good application prospects in national defense and industrial fields.Focusing on the ultra-high repetition rate solidstate high voltage ns pulse generation technology,this paper studies two types of pulse generators with fixed pulse width and adjustable pulse width by using the principle of pulse superposition synthesis and pulse offset synthesis.Firstly,the scheme design is carried out and preliminarily verified by circuit simulation and electromagnetic field simulation of PSPICE and CST;Then,the Blumlein line and the capacitor discharge are made by using the standard cable to make the pulse generation module respectively;Finally,two kinds of pulse generators are successfully developed by electromagnetic coupling of multi pulse generation module with pulse transformer,and the experimental verification of ultra-high repetition frequency is carried out.The main work and results of the thesis are as follows:1.The principle of pulse synthesis is introduced,and pulse generators with fixed pulse width and adjustable pulse width are designed.Considering the withstand voltage,power capacity and shutdown characteristics of solid-state switches,for pulse generators with fixed pulse width,the Blumlein line is made of standard cable to overcome the disadvantage of uncertain shutdown of switches under narrow pulse conditions,and the superposition synthesis of multi pulse generation modules is carried out by pulse superposition synthesis to increase the output pulse amplitude;For the pulse generator with adjustable pulse width,a new modulation mode of solid-state highvoltage ns pulse is proposed.By using two pulses with long pulse width,the same amplitude and opposite polarity to synthesize each other,the technical problem that10 ns high-voltage narrow pulse cannot be directly generated due to the off characteristics of solid-state switch is solved,The pulse width is continuously adjustable and the lower limit of pulse width is further expanded.2.For the pulse generator with fixed pulse width,PSpice circuit simulation and CST electromagnetic field simulation of single-stage Blumlein line and 5-stage stacked Blumlein line are carried out;The overvoltage trigger circuit of solid-state switch is designed and manufactured.Three kinds of solid-state switches are selected for test.Gw38ih130 d solid-state switch with the best overvoltage trigger effect is selected for the manufacture of single-stage Blumlein line;Then,a 5-stage stacked Blumlein line superposition composite structure is fabricated by using pulse transformer,and its main size is about Φ 160 mm × 200 mm,when the load is 500 Ω,the near square wave pulse with amplitude of 2.55 kv is output,which is basically consistent with circuit simulation and electromagnetic field simulation,realizes effective pulse superposition synthesis and improves the output pulse amplitude.3.Pspice circuit simulation and CST electromagnetic field simulation are carried out for the pulse width adjustable circuit and multi-channel pulse offset synthesis circuit based on capacitor discharge;The corresponding single pulse generation module is made.The output voltage of the single pulse generation module is about 900 v and the lower limit of pulse width is 45ns;Then,the output pulses of the two pulse generation modules are combined through the pulse transformer,and the pulse width is adjustable from 10 ns to 100 ns,and the voltage amplitude is about 520v;Finally,in order to realize k V level pulse output,the experiment of multi-level pulse generation module offset synthesis and then superposition synthesis is carried out.When charging 800 V,the output pulse amplitude is about 1300 V.4.On the basis of thermal analysis,experiments are carried out on the high repetition frequency operation of two pulse generators: 5-stage stacked Blumlein line superposition synthesis with fixed pulse width and 3-stage offset synthesis with adjustable pulse width.For the 5-stage stacked Blumlein line superposition synthetic pulse generator,1000 pulses are output at 100 k Hz ultra-high repetition frequency,and the output pulse consistency is good;For the single pulse generation module based on capacitor discharge,the 100 k Hz ultra-high repetition frequency experiment is carried out.When 10000 pulses are output,the output pulse consistency is good,which verifies
