Research On The Customization And Knowledge Base Self-optimization Technology For The Knowledge Management System

The knowledge economy era comes and the global knowledge storm starts. The knowledge has become the important factor for the enterprises to improve their core competitiveness and achieve the sustainable development. So, solidifying, storing, ordering and using the accumulated valuable knowledge to promote the innovation has become an important subject for enterprises, universities, scientific research institutions and scholars. After years of research and application, researches on the knowledge management (KM) theory, method, technology and implement have made good progress. There have been some business companies that provide professional knowledge management related products and service. Research on the knowledge management system (KMS) is an important direction; because the knowledge management system is the important platform for enterprises to support knowledge release, promote knowledge sharing, prevent the loss of talent and catalytic knowledge innovation. According to related literature and the KMS related research, development and using status, this paper has designed the Customizable and Knowledge Base Self-Optimization Knowledge Management System (CKBSO_KMS), trying to solve some urgent problems in the KMS research field. For example, the contradiction between the system versatility and the demand diversity, and the contradiction between the gradual expansion of the knowledge base and the disordered state of the knowledge base, etc.The first chapter is an introduction, which elaborated the research background and significance; proposed related definitions; described the current research status and proposes the research framework and the main content of this paper.The second chapter is the overall design for the CKBSO_KMS, which analyzed the relationship between the customization and self-optimization of the KMS; proposed the development path of the KMS; elaborated the overall architecture of the CKBSO_KMS from an architectural point of view, and respectively described two sub-systems.The third chapter is the research on the customization technology of the KMS, which studied the KMS customization mode, method and technology in detail, and tried to achieve the system customization from four respects (knowledge base, structure, module combination and web service). The fourth chapter is the research on the knowledge base self-optimization technology of the KMS, which studied the knowledge base self-optimization mode, method and technology in detail, proposed the knowledge base self-optimization mechanism and applications, studied the collaborative knowledge creation technology, knowledge organization technology, knowledge and users evaluation technology and knowledge resource evaluation technology, and provided an actual case.The fifth chapter is the implement and practical application case of the CKBSO_KMS, which described the system implement in detail, including the realization technology framework, function modules, interface design, database, etc. Secondly, and then customized a knowledge management system for the garment industry rapidly.The sixth chapter is the summary and outlook, which made a summary for this paper, described the main work and innovation points, and finally made a prospect for the future work.
