E-commerce as a new shopping concept, known as fourth revolution of retail sector in the retail business, the progress of science and technology provide a strong technical support for the rapid development of e-commerce, the rapid spread of the Internet produced a new way to experience of people’s lives and shopping, these changes as B2C e-commerce has brought a broad space for development. Since e-commerce is relying on a network of low exposure level commodity trading service industries, training users in the viscosity and improve the user experience of the website design and development process is particularly critical. While experiencing the advent of the economic times, service design thinking in the field of design began to get widespread attention, service-oriented design using a global perspective to the design and its associated human and material integration, designed to enhance the user experience in the process of the service experience.Firstly,sorting out the concept of service design, from the point of view of the service function of the existing contacts B2C e-commerce site and details of the interaction, combined with demand for service design principles summed up e-commerce website service experience design process. Fruit e-commerce website design as an example, through the characteristics of the target user’s shopping behavior analysis, service design research methods used in the process of e-commerce website design, e-commerce sites on the functions and processes to conduct a service design optimization. Service design and exploration prospects in the e-commerce website development and extension of the user experience in this field, but also provide more ways and means for the study of Internet products user experience.
