Wisdom Medical-oriented Data Mining Application And Research Of Diagnostic Information

This system can help doctors to improve their diagnoses and treatment ability through check their diagnoses records analysis. The evaluation of diagnoses plays a key role in doctor evaluation. We build a sound evaluation principle through disease classification based on misdiagnoses rate. What’s more, we analyze the medical prescription using association analysis algorithm to find frequent pattern in drug match.After analyzing the method for association mining rules, an improved algorithm of frequent item sets mining based on Boolean matrix is put forward. The algorithm can not only scan the transaction database once, but also has a higher running speed and less memory cost. Based on the approach mentioned above, the association analysis with EHR data is carried on, which can find the coalescence and compatibility of medicines. And the result is analyzed at last.
