Remote medical health service has become a trend of modern medical health service, acting as an important means to solve the lack of medical resources per capita and improve medical service informatization. A remote medical health service platform is established to get access to convenient and quick medical health service, improve efficiency of medical service and make full use of medical resources, according to the requirement put forward by Suzhou key laboratory of intelligent health management and information engineering technology.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:Functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the remote medical health service platform are analyzed and designs of the platform are presented including overall design, functional design and database design. In the functional design, the platform is divided into user module, doctor module and administrator module, and function involved is designed in detail. The platform is developed by using Web technology and the SSH framework. In doctor module, JFreeChart API is used to realize users'data graphical display, and WebSocket protocol and JSON data-interchange format are used to realize real-time communication between users and doctors. POI API is used to realize data batch management in administrator module. Test cases are designed to give a comprehensive test for the system, and the test results show that this system meets the design requirements.Functions are provided by the remote medical and health service platform designed, including doctors querying measured data submitted by users, communicating with users, querying and adding medical record, as well as the administrator background data management. Remote diagnoses between users and doctors are more convenient and informatization level and utilization of medical resources are improved using the practical platform designed in this thesis.
