Research And Implementation Of The Open Platform For Medical Health Service

In recent years,opening its own resources and services in the form of the open platform has become a new model for competition and development of Internet enterprises.The open platform allows third-party developers to integrate innovatively and make full use of various resources,to meet the user's personalized and diversified demand,improve the comprehensive utilization of Internet resources,so that Internet companies can focus more on the platform to enhance the quality and service ability.Most of the medical information systems currently hold a large number of medical information resources,but they don't open and share the information resources,difficult to obtain and organize good medical information resources is one of the main factors affecting the development of medical information.In order to solve the problems in the field of medical health,such as the insufficient sharing and fragmentation of medical resources within the industry,the diversification of medical needs,and so on,an open platform for medical health service is studied and constructed in this paper,combining authentication and authorization techniques restricts access by third-party developers to related resources in the platform,under the premise of protecting the security of user information,open a variety of medical information resources and services,in order to provide new solutions to improve the openness and comprehensive utilization of medical information resources.First of all,this paper discusses the background of open platform and Internet medical,and the practical significance of open platform technology in medical health field,and then analyzes the current research status of open platform and OAuth protocol,and explains the research goal and content of this paper.Secondly,this paper introduces the related theories and technologies involved in the research process,including an overview of the open platform,OAuth protocol and encryption algorithm,which provides a basis for further research.Then,through the analysis of the demand of the open platform for medical health service,a resource access control process model of the open platform is designed,which defines the interactive process,form and content between the third-party client and the open platform.Then,based on the requirement analysis and the resource access control process model of open platform,this paper designs the architecture of the open platform,and briefly introduces its internal structure.At the same time,this paper describes the design and implementation of the open platform for medical health service,including the design and implementation of core function module: authentication and authorization,token management,access control,resource acquisition and open SDK.Finally,from the aspects of function,performance,security and compatibility,to test and validate the correctness and effectiveness of the open platform which designed and implemented in this paper.The test results show that the design and implementation of an open platform for medical health services can provide third-party developers with the corresponding medical information resources in the platform in the form of authentication and authorization,to meet the needs of opening medical resources.In the process of access to resources,the platform limits and supports the resources of the third party developers accessing the platform through two process of authentication and authorization,and resource accessing,so as to ensure the safety of users' information resources,and promote the sharing rate and utilization rate of medical information.
