After decades of development, China’s medical information in obtaining many achievements, there are still many problems. Regional health and medical information technology development seriously lagging behind, where the prevalence of "islands of information", "policy development and new technology crossover", which seriously affect the performance of medical information to play. How to regulate medical data acquisition, data analysis, trend how to provide early warning of large medical institutions, how to provide convenient and efficient inquiry service medical files become a problem area in the field of health care for community residents currently. Therefore, it is necessary to build regional health information platform, integration of various sources of medical information data, by association analysis provides valuable trend analysis to predict.Medical Information System data having a large amount of data, complex heterogeneous data sources, dispersion characteristics, and traditional association rule analysis method itself there are certain problems. Therefore, this article attempts to build Hadoop-based distributed data analysis platform, part of the data to the data analysis platform with improved Apriori algorithm analysis, part of the association rule results. In this study, based on in order to facilitate analysis of the results of the user query and analysis of health information platform, designed and implemented a health information platform software.The main contents are as follows:(1) Completed the Hadoop deployment lab environment, the traditional Apriori algorithm and distributed platform designed by combining a new frequent item sets mining method is suitable for parallel Map/Reduce programming model of. Through improved association rules Apriori algorithm to enhance the efficiency of data analysis.(2) Health information platform for health data and forecast information query function design and implementation. Interface Specification by the data source of health information platform to Beijing Jiaotong University Hospital HIS systems, medical systems and health systems cottages data analysis objects for medical institutions and individual residents in two different roles, using Linux+Apache+Tomcat+MySQL+ Jsp development platform, the main functions of health information platform.
